How long is my gift card valid for?
You gift card is valid for 2 years after the purchased date. After that, gift card can still be used at the restaurant it was purchased for, on the condition that the restaurant is willing to accept it.
Is SOUL Campaign a non-profit?
SOUL Campaign was established solely for the purpose of supporting the local restaurants in NYC. 100% of the proceeds (excluding the card transaction fee) will go to the restaurants immediately and it will help them get through this unprecedented crisis.
Where can I use my gift card?
You can use the gift card only at the restaurant for which you purchased it for.
When can I use my gift card?
You can use your gift card when restaurant reopens, following the US Government COVID-19 instructions.
Can I use my gift card for pick up order?
Yes. You can use your gift card for pick up orders as well.
Can I use my gift card for delivery order?
No, it is not possible to use the gift card for delivery orders.
What happens if I lose my gift card?
If you lose your gift card, please email info@cuculi.com with your full name and email address you used for purchase, and we will resend the email with gift card details .
How can I use the additional $10 Cuculi Credit?
You need to download the Cuculi app, register, and input the promo code under the account settings section. Your Cuculi points balance will be updated to 1000 points (1 point = $1 cent), which can be applied to offset any restaurant bill for restaurants on Cuculi platform.
When can I download the app?
The Cuculi app is available for download immediately, but the registration will be available only once restaurants reopen. Don’t worry, Cuculi will notify you once you can register, and we will remind you to use your $10 credit! 😊
Is my gift card guaranteed by Cuculi?
Cuculi is not issuing the restaurant gift cards, we are just helping restaurants create and manage them, and helping them get the word out. This is why Cuculi cannot guarantee the gift card purchase and usage, but we are confident that the participating restaurants will honor any valid gift card purchased for that specific restaurant.
